Hypertech fan switch

I know this is beating a dead horse, but does the temp switch control the driver side fan? So by swapping in switch just the driver side fan will engage at a lower temp? I ask this because i wired my passenger side fan up to work on a toggle switch and figured then the other will run off the hypertch auto switch.

oh yeah looks like a pain in the *** to switch out that thing!

One fan is the primary cooling fan, activated by the fan switch, the other is activated by the A/C system.

Fan switch is in no problem, has anyone else realized that the fan pretty much stays on while the car is sitting at idle? Maybe my temp gauge is off but i swear that fan is turning on below 200. Probably no way to check this?
