replaced freeze plug.....

But right after I installed it I filled the rad up and started the car up and it seems it is still leaking there, Now do I give it time to seal up? I did use sealent on the plug, but does it take a few times of the block heating up to seal it even more?? Or do i need to start over and put another one in??
Thanks

I always use a little sealer, because it won't hurt anything, but it shouldn't really be required.

Yeah I used sealent on it.. It seems to be doing ok now ( no leaks) just took it a few times for the engine to heat up and cool down to seal it even more.. Good thing, I didn't really feel like going back under and taking off the starter again! When the leak 1st came about, My 1st thought that it wa the plug between the trany and motor! I was relieved when I seen it was the 1 above the starter..
