electric cooling fan wont shut off?

electric cooling fan wont shut off?
im taking out my air conditioner on a 2.8, i got out the lines from the compressor to that silver pump, the pump itself ( with the schrader valves ) and the lines to the little ac radiator, and now my cooling fan wont shut off? any ideas?
