Will a 160 stat throw out a code 32?
I just installed the 160stat on Sunday. And last night on my way home from work I threw a code and it was 32 for the EGR. I checked the connections and all are well. Would the 160stat cause this? Something about the coolant being colder than 176* during closed loop? Will this harm performance?

If you lower your t-stat rating, you need a "cooler" chip. The computer needs to know you're running cooler on purpose. It could be connected, howerver I personally have never heard of such case.
Reprogram your memcal to accomodate the lower temps and see if the problem goes away.

Well, it only came on once a couple days after I put it in. I've driven it 2 days since and it hasn't come back on. Will a 160stat lower performance as well? Because my car doesn't feel quite so super. I'd say 75-85% power it used to have.
