Searched, tested, still a negative!!!!

Ok first off i searched and got lots of things to test/change. Did them ALL!!!

Here is the problem : Primary fan ( driver side ) will not kick on at 226 temp.
Will kick on : over heat 140, A/c turned on, And checking for codes.

All new sensors / relays. Computer reads proper CTS Temp.

The kid before me had a dangling manual switch under the dash when i bought it. Looked at wires and it all looked hooked so the factory would take over. Well i left it like that and never used the switch until i put a 160 in there. Decided to put a man switch in and would just use his wires and just relocate ( mount ) a new switch. Well after getting under the hood i seen that he had a hot wire ( +12 volts ) from the switch to the Neg. ( ground wire ) that goes to the ecm... I have no other problems it seems, no codes. Just ecm won't kick on Primary fan when should.

Replaced
CTS.
ALL Relays
Sensor in passanger side head and sensor in driver ( thought guage was wrong at first )
Tested all.

I just want it Right. Any suggestions would be helpful

Thanx
