Constant Ground at Fan Relay (green wire)

I am assuming this is happening because the computer wants the fan running. What sensors/input cause the computer to ground/complete the circuit? I know the AC press. and CTS go to the computer, but what actually trips ground? I just completed a motor swap, and removed my AC. I jumped the AC pressure switch (black and blue wires) and the green wire is still grounding. I did download some wiring diagrams (bad pic of one attached) I want to wire one relay to the computer, and one relay to a toggle, since i no longer have the sensor in the pass head to trip ground for the other relay. I want to eventually wire both of them together to turn on from the ecu, but if they will both be constantly running, i would rather just toggle one. Also, just looking for a quick fix for now, as I am shipping the car from Japan and just need it to make it through shipment and them from Seattle to Spokane. Thanks for everyones help!
