Quick Question on heater core delete
I am in the process of doing a heater core delete on my Z28. My question is, what should I use to plug the water pump where the heater hose went? I thought it might be threaded, so I planned to use a threaded pipe plug, like the kind you get from summit, however it isn't threaded. Has anyone done this before? What did you use?

show a picture.
what I did was put a hose from the intake to the pump directly instead of looping through the heater core. without this setup i had lot of high temp fluctuations.

Re: Quick Question on heater core delete
I just ended up getting fed up with hoses and put pipe plugs in the intake and water pump. Seems to have solved the problem

Re: Quick Question on heater core delete
I would just loop the heater hoses together with a small piece of pipe, like you do with the TB bypass.
