I ordered a good water pump but it came without a gasket. what kind of gasket is the best to get to make sure the pump doesn't leak?

A normal fiber gasket will work fine.

Re: water pump gasket

Thanks, I'll check out a fiber gasket.

- Only found paper flepro gaskets online & at parts store so just bought them. However, after taking the packing out that R Shaw W/P came with, a set of thick gaskets fell out of box (after all packing was out) so took back the paper ones.
