Radiator Install Help

I'm replacing my radiator due to the nice cracks it formed, compliments of the south texas heat. I was told I needed to plug up some lines when I remove the radiator but I'm not certain of which ones and what to plug them with.

any help is appreciated

They were refering to your transmission cooler lines, if you have an automatic, they are on passenger side tank of your radiator. A golf tee in each line will work and make sure u use a line wrench so u dont strip them. Now is also a good thime to check your hoses for replacement and get all the leaves ect out of there.

yeah make sure you get a line wrench for sure, some places will call them flare wrenchs, the trans cooler lines are SAE dont remember what size... just plug the line, you could even plug it with a paper towel if your putting the new radiator right in.
