A/C Delete Swap?

I am in the middle of swapping my car over to the AC delete box. The box is in the car and I have the some of the wiring from the car that I took the box from. Does anybody have pictures out there of their cars with this swap completed? I could use pictures of how the wiring to the box is done. Also, the three wires that I still have from the ac delete harness are orange yellow and blue. I thought that I could just splice them into the old AC harness and just match them by color. However on the AC delete harness the blue wire is a smaller gauge wire than the blue one on the other harness and the orange wire is a bigger gauge than the orange one on the ac harness. Would it be ok if I still spliced them together or is that not how you do it?

Re: A/C Delete Swap?

Well I connected those wires together and I got the box working. Some pictures of the wiring would still be very helpful though. The only problem now is that no matter what setting you put it on, only the defrost comes out and even on high, there isnt much air coming out. What could cause this? And, is it ok with me splicing those wires together although they are different gauge wires?

there should be a power wire for the blower, its the large probably 10 gauge wire, the others are for the speeds, the ac blower has 4 speeds while the heat only has 3 speeds. If the air is only coming out the defrost it means you have the vacuum line for the heat disconnected, or a leak elsewhere.

OK, I have all three speeds working, they are just blowing out a small amount of air. Where should I look for that vacuum line that might be unplugged?
