88 trans am water flow

Sorry for the sort off off topic question but you guys have been a help in the past with my transplanted 350 TPI from the 88 trans am into my 41 chevy truck.
The problem I have is trying to get a water flow thru my heater. I added a unit from Vintage air in the truck and I do not know where to connect the hoses to get a flow thru the heater coil. There is no outlet in the water pump. The Bird had a outlet in the Radiator for the hose which I do not have. Can any of you fellows give me any advice?

TIA Pat
