auxilary cooling fan problems on 91 formula

Hi guys,
I just had a near disaster today. I was stuck in traffic when all of the sudden my temp gauge hit 240 degrees and my secondary cooling fan did not come on. Luckily traffic started moving again at that point and the car cooled itself off. When I made it home I popped the hood, and two things caught my eye: My primary fan was spinning, but not nearly fast enough. I bought a new motor to fix that problem. Also, my secondary fan did not come on at 235* as it is supposed to. I shut the car down, and when I put the ignition switch again to the on position, the secondary fan came on. I am thinking that the problem may be in the secondary fan relay, but don't know which one of the relays on the fire wall is the correct one. Any help in determining the correct relay would be greatly appreciated. The problem seems to be intermittent so I don't know if I can test the relay to determine if it is bad yet. I also bought a new cooling fan switch, just in case the one on it has gone bad.
My Haynes repair manual gives no info on which relay is the auxilary cooling fan relay. I can see three relays there.

Thanks in advance.
