Ac Delete wiring help
Okay i sure this has been covered but i can't find it. Okay the only question i have is when i bought my ac delete box i was told that i could just use the blower motor of my ac box then i found out on here that i wouldn't be able to do it. Will a non ac blower motor have the same connection as my ac blower motor. My car is a 89 iroc with 5.7 the ac blower motor on it now has a two pin weather pac connector. while the non ac harness i got with the box does not have this. Can some body give a picture of how they connected there non ac blower motor. or show me the thread with pics. any help is apperciated.

Re: Ac Delete wiring help
the non ac motors have 3 speeds, the ac blowers have 4 speeds. the connectors are different.
I believe you can make it work. There is a connection on both boxes that connects to a removable plate, on the opposite siede of the plate are a couple metal windings, you should be able to swap these two plates to retain the multiple speeds. The other connections are just for the motor, a hot, purple i think and a ground black. They should be a direct fit. The ac harness has a couple more connection that are no longer used.
There is also a relay for the fan in that harness, you should be able to find a suitable new mounting point for it.
