Heater Problem

I converted my car over to A/C delete and I have the box and blower motor and everything installed on my car. The problem that I am having is that the heater isn't blowing as strong as it should be. Also, what I noticed is that the blower motor only runs when the heater swtich is in the low or high position, not either setting in between. Could I possibly have messed the wiring up somehow when changing it over? Do I need the a/c delete heater controls? Could anybody who has done the a/c delete swap give me a hand here?

I'm having the exact same problem, did you figure out a solution to this?

Re: Heater Problem

Check the blower resister pack.

Re: Heater Problem

My wife's Alero had a similar problem, it would blow on "4" or on "1" but not in between. Turned out to be the blower motor had to be replaced. I'd do what McQuigg suggests and check the blower resisters.
