Air always blows through vents

When driving my car down the road, I notice that there is always air blowing from my vents. Also, a problem that I have is that even when the heater is on the highest speed, there is hardly any air blowing through the vents. Could a stuck door or something along that line be causing these problems?

The blower fan will run as long as the slider is anywhere except the off position.

That's normal, even if the controls are set to the 'off' position. Though, the air should come from the floor vents.

If you switch between vents, you should hear a vacuum 'hiss'. If you don't, you may have a vacuum leak or, none at all.

By default, with the controls set to off, the air (when the car is moving) should come out the floor vents. If no vacuum, it's always out the defrost no matter what setting is selected.
