question about the daul fan set up
hi was wondering how exactly the dual fan set up works. on my 87 trans am the left fan will run and the car will stay at 180 when on the highway but if im in town or sitting the temp will just go higher almost getting to the red part. and the right side fan will not move at all. is there anyway i can get these fans to work like they are supposed to so i can drive without worrying about the temp going up to far.

Re: question about the daul fan set up
Here's an article from the technical articles section that explains the set up. Lots of good stuff to go over in that section. Your fan switch is probably defective. Do a search on the cooling board for much more info
