Need help/advice on removing my A/C!
So, I bought the A/C delete pulley, and I'm ready to dig in and get rid of my A/C junk. But I'm not sure what all I should or shouldn't take out. I'm not finding much on the searches for steps to do this. I know people have, so can anyone give me some advice and tips. I'm eager to dig in, but don't want to mess anything up either!
Thanks
Thanks

it all depends on how deep you want to get. if you've just got the pulley, have the system vacuumed so the r12 doesnt escape to the atmosphere, then disconnect the hoses from the heater box and yank out the compressor.
if you also have the ac delete heater box, you can pull the old plastic box out (will have to get under the dash for 2-3 bolts), remove the evaporator, and replace it with the new box. do note that the non-ac blower motor is different than the ac-equipped ones (different depth).
you can go nuts and try and do up the non-ac setup inside the car, but that's more than most have tried, a bit more complicated and not really worth the time

Is there anything I need to worry about? What would be the best place to have the system vacuumed?

You need to go any where they service a/c units and they will take care of you.
