Car: 91 RS convertible
Engine: 330 hp vortec 350. TBI
Transmission: 5 Speed
Axle/Gears: 3.73 Moiser 12 bolt/Wilwood disc's
runs to cold
I have a 91 RS w/a 305 TBI. I put a 195 deg therastat in it and it still runs cold. At first befor it opens the temp goes almost to the red. Then it goes to arround 160 while I'm cruising. At a hot idle it idles high. But in city driving when it is really hot the temp goes to 195 and it runs great. It idles at 750 and everything. I am beffled why it runs so cold. Any help would be nice. It has one fan and I tested it and it comers on at 195.
