I'm not aware of anyone that sells them. They are usually just in hoses that need them and come with the hose. Why do you need a spring by its self?

I did and it still has the same problem. I thought it was just a tired hose so i bought a new one but the new one collapses too.

Try replacing the radiator cap. Know it sounds unlikely but the cap is designed to let coolant flow back and forth to the overflow bottle. If it is stuck or the overflow is blocked, you are creating a vacuum at throttle with no release. Easiest thing to try before getting more creative.

Most neglected cooling system part is the radiator cap IMO.

For the record, I changed the radiator cap and I still had the same problem. After alot of searching I came across a thread and some guys on it said that there are two types of hoses now (one thats better quality and wont collapse and the other is a pos). If I remember correctly, Napa sells the good ridged hose.
I fixed my problem with two radiator hose springs that are ment for a SBF. One spring wasnt long enough so I ordered two. I have more faith in these springs than the ridged hoses but thats just me.
I hope this helps someone.
