Engine: 305 v8

no ac control
hey everyone. ive had my 91 camaro for about a month now the 305 tbi auto. it has a brand new radiator,cap, heater core, heater hose without bypass, new blower motor, just replaced blower relay. heater speed only works on 4 sometimes 3 and doesnt blow at all on ac. is the blower resistor the last thing i can replace? also when i try it on 3 or 4 i can hear the blower motor really working but feel nothing coming out of vents.

All Over The Map And Out Of Control
Perform the following test:
With a fused jumper wire, connect pin A red wire to pin E purple wire at the Blower relay.
The blower relay is located at the blower housing.
Did the blower run?

yes the blower runs. also im hearing hissing sounds from the lines behind the ac control on the farthest right that controls the top controls off all the way to defrost. when i more rev the gas while drivng the hissing stops. is this why i believe my ac door isn't opening because of this vacuum leak and how can i fixed this thanks!

Common issue on our cars. Defrost, BTW, is the default. A search will provide a ton of info. Here's a link to get you started:
