hey guys so ive had this water pump on my car for a while the last time i redid the front bracketry i had to find a new water pump after buying muiltiple ones that didnt fit and going through my parts i didnt have anything long story short a buddy of mine had one and gave it to me and it fit! i went to get the car out of my pole barn and the pump was seized i thought no big deal ill just order a new one now that i know what it looks like right? wrong,got one from summit and it hits the bracketry,,the only number on the old pump are ph610 sct,i got no clue what it is and i need help i reserved a spot in car show for next thursday,,any help???? thanks guys!!!!!!!

 

are you using the 1990 serpentine belt setup or is it something else?If has been retrofitted to earlier v-belt "long"pump,there are two styles of those;1969~75 and ~1976-87:the two are basicly the same except for accessory mounting lug positions.Post a pic if you can

 

I had an after market water pump hit a little so I got a grinder and did a little clearance work. Everything has worked great since.
