Fixed one fan but my heavy duty fan won't turn on?

Fixed one fan but my heavy duty fan won't turn on?

I fixed the passenger fan by switching the cooling fan switch.but what would cause my fan that's controlled by my computer not to come on?

2nd fan may not come till around 225-230 degrees and turned on by the computer

Ok I tought it came on earlier.im gonna run my car and see if it comes on at 230.thanks
