Axle/Gears: On borrowed time...
Can't get my radiator cover off!!
Ok,
The engine has never been cranked in about 2 months -- so that's obviously not the problem ... The cover just won't come out..turned it left , tried to get it thought the grooves...no joy..
Weird. Does this mean it's a bad cap? Bad Radiator?

Are you talking about the radiator cap? If so, you usually turn them a small amount then press down and twist them the rest of the way off.
