Vacuum lines for temperature control switch

I recently replaced my AC/Heater fan, and that finally got the air blowing through the car, but it is only blowing out the defroster. I have read on other posts that it is a vacuum issue. I found a picture that was posted numerous times showing the switch with the hoses. Well, since my dash was somewhat torn apart it was easy to see. I also noticed that the picture I found has 5 hoses attached to it, well mine only has four. So most likely that is the problem. My question is does anyone know where the hoses come from or start from before they feed into the dash compartment and fan switch? I figure I can start their to try and locate the missing hose. It does not even look like the fifth hose is even run into the das that is why I want to find where they begin from to trace them their. Thanks
