Engine: LR4 4.8
Transmission: 98-02 t56 6 speed
Axle/Gears: Bw 9 bolt (3.70’s) pbr rotors
Upper radiator hose part number for tbi
Im looking for the correct upper radiator hose for a 89 firebird with a 5.0 tbi every parts store i go to they keep giving me a hose that is to damn long (i was told the tbi hose can be used with the hsr setup) if this matters

A lot of hoses, they make em kinda universal, and you're SUPPOSED TO cut em to fit. Lots of em, they provide marks; for this car cut at C, this one cut at E, etc.

If i cut it, it wont fit over the t stat housing so im not gonna take that route not losing out on 17 dollars for a hose i would rather return this one and actually get the right one for it

The end of the hose that goes over the t stat is fatter then the rest of it

That's the same number I come up with for all searches I've done so far. See if you can find a Gats brand. That's what I'm using now.

i just replaced mine with a cut to fit from advanced auto parts. i had to trim about 2 inches off the radiator side. it fits just about perfect. try there? hose had a carquest label on it

I remember o reileys having both the lower and uppers listed on their site. One is common stock and the other is something they usually only have at their busiest stores. You can try them. I did the search for a 305 TBI
