A/C removed and now passenger fan won't come on
A/C removed and now passenger fan won't come on
So I bought an 89 iroc z and the previous owner removed the a/c and now the passenger fan won't work. I am just looking for a way to get that fan to work now when the engine gets to a higher temperature, any help would be awesome, thanks!

There's a fan switch that also controls that fan. May be not connected properly if at all or a defective switch or wiring to the relay

Are you positive it won't turn on? The stock secondary fan on point is at 235°. If it's just sitting in the driveway idling, the primary fan would come on before that (223°) and bring the temps down before the secondary ever turned on.
If you do want to turn on the secondary earlier, a different fan switch will do the trick.

Well actually, i was told it doeant come on. The sensor on the passenger side head was melted so I replaced it and the wire with the connector to go to it is white...I've been reading it is suppose to beat a green wire with a white stripe...I am going to plug it in tonight and let it run and see what happens.

The original wire was green and white but the plug and wiring with it may have been replaced. It should however end up connected to the green with white stripe wire at the fan relay where it actuates the fan
You can test the wiring and relay by turning the key on and grounding the plug that goes on the switch . That should turn on the fan if all is good
