Accumulator fitting size HELP!!
I’m running out of time to have the car done by power tour and need help fast. I have a 92 Camaro ls swapped and have been putting A/C in the car. I am stuck. I need a fitting that will attach to the accumulator and then crimp onto a #10 hose. I order a #12 O-Ring to #10 fitting from nostalgic AC, which was supposed to fit. It will not thread onto the acccumulator, it starts then gets hard and clearly has interference on the threads. I called Hawk Motorsport and long story short, they didn’t have time for me. Does anybody know what fitting I need? What the size and thread pitch on the accumulator is?

Re: Accumulator fitting size HELP!!
We have a local independent A/C shop...when my neighbor and I were making lines for his hot rods, that shop would let us buy individual fittings from them. They had a whole rack of them....different sizes, shapes, bends. So you might try checking locally.
