Does anybody know if you can swap the clutch / pulley from a V belt ac compressor to a serpentine clutch / pulley?

My serp compressor is bad. I have a compressor fro ma v belt setup and it looks like it'd bolt in just fine, just the pulleys are different. both are ac delco units.
