i have a 87 tpi that i just got running after sitting for 10 years. so the first picture is a vacuum line that looks like it was chewed off. it goes to a tee and then to the hvac controls. i have looked and cannot see where it may possibly go. the second picture is 2 other vacuum lines. it seems like the shorter one of the 2 is the only one sucking air. hoping someone on here has some info to help. also if it means anything it is only blowing air out of the vents.
