Blend door problems

So my car is stuck on vent but there is still a bit of air coming out of the defog vents, mainly on the passenger side. The one cable on my control module was seized and just bends instead of moving in and out. I got it freed up, but now when it's on vent it's not fully closed and when it's on the middle on heater it is fully open and when I put it on the defog it just bends the cable. And there's an other cable that engages when it's all the way over in defog🤷‍♂️
