T-Pipe and single-use hose clamps

Hello!

My cooling system has recently sprung it's third leak in three years, this time I'm lucky and it's the hoses, however:
The hose in question is attached by these (seemingly) single-use hose clamps to a plastic t-pipe. Does anyone have any idea how to get them off without damaging the T-pipe (since I'd prefer to reuse it), or alternatively a part number for the T-pipe (which I've so far not been able to find).

Thank you.
