New to me GTA missing AC components

I recently picked up a 87 GTA project. The previous owner removed the AC/heat and all interior duct work. He gave me the engine side box. Looked in ok shape, some cracks at the bottom. All interior parts are MIA.

I'm trying to determine what parts I need to track down to get the interior stuff back together and what year cars are compatible.

Does anyone have a resources I could reference? I've been searching but coming up empty? I'd image I'm limited to 3rd gen cars for parts.

sounds like a perfect time to buy and install a 3rd gen vintage air system.

I installed vintage air in my 70 Tempest it's a nice product but not in a rush to dump money into this car right now. Was hoping to just get the dash buttoned up so I could move on to the engine/trans and then see where I'm at one i get it running. I bought the car as a roller. Overall it's fairly clean , trying to keep it on the cheap until I figure out the end goal.

Re: New to me GTA missing AC components

I think pics would help. it's rather unusual that someone would actually remove all the interior parts. they actually removed the dash and removed the ducts etc? it is a PAIN.....

Normally they just remove the compressor, evap core and the out side box and install a non ac box.

Purchasing and installing the individual missing parts may be a pain honestly without a donor vehicle / dash assembly.

Here's the car right now. I pulled the dash because the wiring was all unplugged and the dash was only partially installed.

I also met up with the P/O who managed to track down some of the removed AC components but I am definitely still missing a bunch of it
