new eprom

i just bought a new chip from gm and was wondering if they came with the memcal and the eprom or do i have to order it seperate.chip pic

That whole thing is a memcal.
The part with the AYNS is the eprom. The AL tag is covering the erasing window.

I thought there was a differnt chip that went beside the eprom. all the pictures I have seen show a simalar sized one next to the eprom not 2 small ones.
