Transmission: 4L60E, 700R-4

can't identify

I got a hold of a re-manafactured ECM that has number SVC# 16198259 and
#310038201608160 under a bar code. Any one know what year/engine this for?

Same as a 1227165, 86-89 FBodies amongst others.
