ECM..what it controls

Is this true for an 85 TPI?

The ECM controls fuel delivery and ignition timing base on the OXY sensor & MAF sensor. Anything else?
Also what else does it control, fuel pump etc?

Some input devices used by the ECM would be O2, MAF, MAT, MAP (on 90-92 models), TPS, CTS, Battery voltage, crank signal from ignition module, A/C on switch, P/N switch, knock sensor, Vehicle speed sensor.

Some output devices would be IAC, ignition advance or retard, Fuel injector pulse width, fuel pump, Coolant fan control, TCC lockup, AIR operation, EGR, Canister purge, SES light.
