Diacom software- were to get specs?
I recently purchased Diacom's GM Plus and I'm trying to figure out how to find what the base line sensor outputs should be in the realm of normal operation. In situations where something may not be up to par, but not enough to set a trouble code, I want something to compare it to. For instance, I can see what my cars O2 is doing, but what would a normal O2 output be. Does this make sense?

I have it. It's old but nothing is as flexible. You need to know very little information about the vehicle (enter vin) and select the engine. It supports OBD1 vehicles up until 95, not sure about Lt1's but I know it works on 95 TBI trucks. It's just SO old that I avoid using it when other options are avail. I prefer winaldl with the 160 baud ecm's but for the faster stuff, diacom rocks. Craig's software is also great especially since it's free.
Since the software is old it can be used on a 386 laptop run off the floppy. The other thing I don't like is the price. It's expensive so avoid it if you can.
