Buffer??
When I bought my 87 GTA parts car, the guy threw in an extra computer. Mounted on the back-side of the plastic piece that the ECM mounts to, there's a yellow thing called a "buffer". There's not one on the computer that was running the car.
What is this thing? Do I need it?
