Help me decipher this code....please!

Bought a Actron scanner today, the $24.99 special. The SES blinks this: flash, flash, flash, pause...........flash,flash,flash,flash. The book really doesn't say what this is. Take a flash off the first series and it becomes a 24. With that extra flash, does that make it a 25?

two blinks pause 4 blinks is code 24:

The generic answer is,

Code 24 will set if:
CKT 437 voltage is constant.
Engine speed is more than 1200 rpm.
Vehicle speed signal indicates less than 2 mph (3 km/h) on Tech 1.
Not in park or neutral.
All conditions must be met for 5 seconds.
** These conditions are met during a road load deceleration.
This test determines if the DRAC is receiving the A/C signal from the VSS.
This test monitors the DRAC voltage on CKT 437. With the wheels turning, the pulsing action will result in a varying voltage. The variation will be greater at low wheel speeds to an average of 4-6 volts at about 20 mph (32 km/h).

Maybe if I read the instruction book a little closer . The code it's spitting out is 34. Doesn't make any sense to me that the fuel pump won't prime nor will the car even crank and spit out a 34.

Low voltage (high vacuum) at the MAF sensor.

This is a good question, though I have one more in reply. Has the codes been reset and rechecked. Such as pulling the ecm fuse for a minute or pulling the cable from the bat?

Also if the fuel pump wont even initialize you may want to check its fuse and possibly check the relay for the pump.

Yes. The fuse has been removed & battery removed for charge up. Actually, I was thinking the no start + fuel pump issue were related. I removed the nuetral safety switch yesterday. Been having problems with it.
