JET CHIP questions

Well I jst puchsed a jet stage 1 chip for my 89 IROC 350 TPI. I read a lot of bd reviews here I was wondering what the REAL HP N TorQUE gain qill be cuz thier site says 19-23. and if any1 can post a diagram on how to install them, that be awesome.
