intermitent code 33 time to update the chip?

intermitent code 33 time to update the chip?

my current chip is set-up for a 355 with Siam'dLTR's , 52m tb, etc, etc ,and an automatic,ported maf with heat sinks.

my mmost recent mods have been: 58mm, accel super-ram , full exh, t-56?
i keep getting a code 33 the maf is a reman but when i watch it on the scanner it's metering so its not dead, the only major mods done to the intract was i replaced the stock elbow with an LT-1 unit , ported the maf housing, removed the heat sinks, and built a 4inch tube from the fliter to the maf.

at a 950-1025 idle the GM/SEC are showing 12-14 according to the scanner it should read 25 GM/SEC or more

what gives?

any input would be appreciated
