J2534 Programming Question

Can a J2534 passthru programmer be used to read a PCM file and can it be used to upload a modified calibration? Or copy a different OS over an existing one. example-same pcm that is used in say a pickup and a camaro.
The rep a EASE diagnostics could not answer as they do not support or build it for this use.
