No More Power

I JUST SWAPED OUT MY 305TBI TO A 350 TBI AND NOT IT SEEMS LIKE I LOST POWER. IM GUESSING ITS BECAUSE I STILL HAVE THE STOCK 305 ECM IN THERE. ALL I DID WAS SWAP MOTORS. WHAT ELSE SHOULD I CHANGE???

The 350 engine came with larger injectors then the 305 engine.

i swapped the whole thing top to bottom, i was a complete motor top to bottom. i took off the wire harness swapped motors , and pluged back in, so it has the larger injectors.

In that case I would get the PROM that matches the 350 engine. Depending upon the source of the 350 it may be as simple as ordering it from GM. OTOH if the 350 came from a vehicle that used a difference ECM it may be easiest to swap in the ECM from the donor vehicle. The truck '747 ECM is a plug-in replacement for the '8746 ECM.
