Where does the blue wire for TPS hook up to ECM?

Please help i keeep pulling a code 21 and the voltage reads correct on the TPS but every once in a while the code pops back up again and i think it may be a loose and bad connection.

The blue is on C13 of the ECM. This is the middle wire on the TPS and is the signal to the ECM.

Gray is the +5V ref from pin C14, and black being the ground (looks like D2 on the ECM).

This information is only correct for the MAF setup of the '88 in your sig.

Yes that is the correct car in my sig. Where is the c13 pin at? is that on the wire harness connecting to the ECM?

It is the pin number of the ECM connector. One connector is pins A & B, the other C & D, then the numbers.

These letters/numbers are molded into the harness connector where the wire enters and also inside of the ECM connector. Pull the plug out and those letters/numbers can then be seen.
