16144288 and 1227747

I got an EFI kit (Customefis) for my CJ with a 360 V8. I recieved a 16144288 ECM that had been recalibrated for the V8. I was concerned that the limp home chip would cause problems so I was told he would swap it for a 1227747. Does anyone see a problem with this?

as far as i know the 4288 doesn't have a working ADS definition file for TunerPro.
IMO the 747 would be the better choice of the two.
