Accel ECU + msd box?

My car has an accel computer in it with an aftermarket wiring harness. The computer puts out the coil signals and runs straight to the coil to get primary igntion. I'm trying to run a msd 6 plus box on top of this so I have the nitrous timing retard function which I can have turn on if I arm the system and go wot.

The msd box has either pickup coil inputs, or a white wire which the instruction manual for the box says is to connect to breaker points, electronic ignition amplifier output, or to the yellow wire of an msd timing accessory. I'm assuming the msd box can't be used on top of the computer I have since I can't run the coil + - wires from the computer to the pickup coil inputs on the box, and the white wire is only a single wire. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea I have the dual connector style. Car is a 1992. I'm in the middle of rewiring the car so I want to do it all right. The coil gets it's signal from the 2 wire plug on the ignition module. Is there a way to route that plug to the msd box, then to the coil?
