My combition is somewhat similiar to yours, mine is a HSR combination that required me to remove the emmision harrnes. Eveything will work with your combination except, the knock sensor, and the ESC module, you will have to change these to a 350. That is if you using a MAF system!! If you want to replace factory gauges buy a 2 pulse speed sensor, then hook it to the speedometer output on the trans. Locate the 24 pin plug in going to the ECM, look for a brown wire, position A10 this will be your VSS signal FROM THE DASH mounted VSS. If notice the aditional connector that runs toward the driver side inside the dash. To make it easy I removed the pin from this connector with a pin out tool. Removed most of the harrness along the back of the motor, and ran one brown wire through the harness. The other wire goes to ground, I ran mine back trough the harrness, grounded it to the RH stud on the back of the cylinder head. Bolts are 14mm!!
