Timing?

I've got a Megasquirt II I'm putting on a pretty much stock 4.3L V6, it's a TBI motor with swirlies. It's a stock type rebuild, not sure what's in the motor but it may be .030 over. I was wondering how much timing I should have at higher RPM and 100kpa, I was thinking in the last box (3100 RPM/100KPA) I should be putting about 28 degrees in (distributor set at 0 base) Am I on the right track with this or am I way off base. The whole idea of how to set up timing initially is a bit confusing to me. If anyone out there has an L05 how much timing are you running total at WOT?

Here is my spark timing table. Add 2* in PE/WOT mode. I also have Coolant and IAT compensation. The hotter the engine gets, the less advance it runs. At an ideal 180* CTS and 70* IAT, it is 28* @ 2,800 rpm.

The HUD is part of RBob's EBL for TBI based engines.
