I would check the Megasquirt forums. They have a lot of experiance with custom setups and boost. From your title, I'm assuming you have a Megasquirt of some sort.

I have never boosted an engine, however from what I've read, you really only need to pull timing in the fashion of "x degrees for every 1 psi" or something close to that. Sorry, don't have a clue as to what "x" might be, though.

hit up Jim on the msefi forum. He is very good at creating timing curves. Just give him your motor specs and he spits them right out.

He can also create AFR curves that are very good. If you have a wideband, that should be all you need to get it running again.
Did you get the 8-pin HEI to work with your timing correctly?
