Need help - cutting out
Not sure where this will get the most support so lets start in this section.
Car was running beautifully, has nice VE curve, spark curve was working nicely. Had just replaced the ignition module day previous because when it got heat soaked it would start to cut out under mid-upper throttle, fixed the problem, car ran excellent. Today driving around, cruising around 20mph foot just touching the gas to maintain speed, car starts missing and cutting out really bad. I had SES light (due to WB patch I think, there are no codes), and when it cuts out, SES light disappears. I then have three codes, ESC failure, low and high coolant. Shut down car, let cool for a bit, take it back out, drive around for 5 minutes then does same thing. Same codes appear (after having been reset).
Does anyone want to take a guess at what is going on here? ECM, or is it the IM again. If so, why do the IMs keep toasting, this was the GM IM that came with my Ramjet setup, new. The previous one that I replaced yesterday was a replacement from before I did the RJ swap.
Let's see if I can do this...
edit, cannot figure out how to do excel datalog so I'll attach.

Looking at the logs, it almost appears as if the ECM dies or loses power, but its still sending data, reading all sensor data, but it doesn't give a PW or SA. Also, after doing this a few times, it enables knock retard, I'm assuming because of ESC failure.
So, anyone?
So, anyone?

It sounds like we are having the same problems. If you figure it out send me a PM with the fix. I have been pulling my hair out for over a month trying to figure it out and I can't. Please let me know. thanks

Well, I don't know what the deal was for sure. First off, I thought the switch was supposed to be in the middle on the ALDU1, and I think that is how it had been from the beginning, before I started having problems. Having said that, I tried switching it over to the (right for me, whichever side it is that doesn't flash the codes). Anyhow, that worked, and I don't get so much as a hiccup now, ever. And I can datalog fine with it that way.
