issues that I have

I've got an 87 camaro with a 383 approx 10.5:1 compression, decent cam, etc. etc. could i write a prom to nullify EGR and MC solenoid? I'm pretty certain the chip for the zz4 conversion eliminates EGR. I think I may be able to get away with running a Holley carb and maybe finding a way to fab up a tps signal off of a newer drive by wire APP sensor; not certain though. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
